- Fresh graduates will begin at the Research Assistant level, focusing on skill development, guided project work, and structured training.
- Experienced candidates with demonstrated independence in computational workflows will be considered for the Research Associate level, taking on more responsibility in project design and execution.

🎓 Requirements
